Do I need to commit to a contract?

There are no joining fees and no financial contracts at Your Wellness Centre. We realise every one has different goals, timeframes and budgets so losing weight with us is about tailoring it to fit you. The only contract we are interested in is the commitment you make to yourself to lose weight!

Is this a high protein diet?

This isn’t a high protein diet. We recognize a healthy body encourages healthy weight loss, so the food programmes we use provide the correct balance of protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids needed to boost your energy, encourage weight loss and keep you feeling great.

Can I lose weight without exercise?

Yes you can! Not all of us have the time for lengthy exercise programm, or perhaps a reccurring injury is limiting your movement. Research has shown that exercise contributes to weight loss, however it is the food we put into our bodies which is the key to long term success.

Since entering menopause I have put on weight I just can’t shift, can your program help?
